The farmers
Kristen et Corey, along with their 3 kids and Corey’s parents, started the farm 7 years ago in the eastern townships.
teacher and electrician by trade in montreal, neither of us had any farming experience but we were searching for a deeper connection to our food and self-sufficiency: where our food came from, how it was produced, cooking from scratch.
the pigs
proud to offer pasture-raised berkshires with the highest welfare standards in mind- our goal is to raise nutrient dense meat on healthy soils and from happy animals
berkshires are known for their great marbling and wonderful flavor and they do wonderful in our quebec winters.
In addition, we produce pasture-raised chickens, free-range eggs and naturally grown garlic.
the deliveries
Every month, we curate 3 different sized boxes that are a mix of basic cuts and high-value items, like bacon or sausage.
